Hardwoods Distribution Inc. (HDI), Langley B.C., through its subsidiary Hardwoods Specialty Products, has entered into an agreement to purchase Novo Building Products. The transaction is expected to be complete by early August 2021.  Novo is a distributor of moulding, millwork, stair systems, decorative boards and doors to home centers and home builder distribution yards.
